The twelve steps are a sequential process. Trust the process and sequence to flow and unfold in a continual series of natural and spontaneous changes.

Problem with me right now is that it is not bad enough of a problem yet .... A bit of me feels i would be putting myself under huge strain to try take this all on now when i dont feel yet its bad enough. ... Or is that just denial. .
