I did a 4th and 5th Step from the Big Book with my AA sponsor, and a 4th and 5th Step with the 12 & 12 with my NA sponsor, but that was before NA Basic Text.

My sponsor suggested that I get some type of physical activity to help deal with my overactive mind when nothing else seemed to work. For me it was basketball, hitting a golf ball at the driving range, and working out at a gym. Even years later I find it helpful but now it's mostly hiking or just a ...

Our Intergroup accepts group and individual donations of Big Books, 12 and 12, Grapevine and literature to take to our States correctional facilities. We have no county jails in my small state. As Avaneesh912 said, might be time to start a Big Book meeting, and a step meeting in your area if they don't exist.
