Re: Caffeine
Thanks for the congratulations on my 400 days. I couldn't have done it without the BB, my online sponsor and this site. I will go to the doctor, get my bloods checked and explain to him about my fatigue. At the end of the day it's not the end of the world that I often have a nap during the day. I do...

Re: Caffeine
I think I must be one of those people that will have to watch out for anything that could be addictive, even tea. I probably wouldn't have noticed any change had I still been drinking tea but seeing as I switched to decaffeinated a few years ago then suddenly started drinking it again, I noticed tha...

Re: Caffeine
I'm going to pray and meditate on this, which I feel is what I should have done to begin with. It just doesn't feel quite right for me to be using caffeine in this way.

Caffeine
Hello, I'm 400 days sober and doing well. I've been on anti depressants since the beginning of the year and feel much better than I did. I found life sober hard to begin with and was crying a lot. I had an online sponsor to help me through the first five steps and worked through the rest on my own, ...

Re: Utter Inability to leave it alone!
I agree. I belonged to a non AA site for my first 10/11 months of sobriety and some members used to say a similar thing, "Don't drink no matter what, even if your arse is on fire." I eventually came to the conclusion that there's alot more to it then that and that willpower would only last so long. ...

How do you stand up for yourself without feeling guilty?
Hi, I am 10½ months sober and have been trying to work the steps with an online sponsor because there are no English speaking meetings near me. All was going well until I hit step 4. I believe that I am a good person. I had quite a religious upbringing and I know the difference between right and wro...
