We still owe Kristin for Big Books. An anonymous donor has also sent a Big Book to a newcomer on behalf of the e-AA Big Book project.
It’s time for us to disperse overage funds to AAWS and OIAA in accordance with established Group Conscience:
AAWS – 80%
OIAA – 20% (annual cap of $150).
Our Prudent Reserve is $500 and we also maintain an additional sum for capital expenditures and current operating expenses, as well.
As some of you know, I have an ethical and moral issue with giving my own personal funds to AAWS or GSO.
I am, however, acting as your Trusted Servant and will proceed to disperse as directed. It would be my opinion that we should “cap out” OIAA at $150.00 so we don’t have to deal with that for another year and send $382.94 to AAWS, leaving $1,000 cash on hand.
Please advise as to how you wish me to proceed and thank you all for your patience.
